I tried an unmanaged Linksys GB switch I had on hand, no change. Quick question Do I need to do a Factory reset when I do the FW rollback to .32 and lose all my Network settings? If I have to, do I do the factory reset before the FW update or after FW update?
Downgrade and then factory reset.

- The idea behind a factory reset after changing firmware is to ensure no legacy issues are present that could skew how that firmware works so it would be a good idea to do so.
- Undestood. I will give the FW rollback and factory reset a shot. Since I have XRM570 with the EX7700 extender can I just unplug it untill all this is done and then fire it up after I setup my network settings again or do I need to factory reset on that device as well?
