xr500 Geo-Filter map not showing servers

Im trying to find out what server im connected too while playing Fortnite but no servers show up in the Geo-Filter map and in the Auto Ping box it says "There is currently no host or server to ping."

DumaOS Classified Games is enabled, Unreal Engine is added to traffic prioritization, my desktop is added to devices and set to spectating mode, Auto Ping Host is enabled in the Geo-Filter Map setting.

Am I missing something? I used to be able to see the server I was playing in.

  • Hi there,

Are you on PC? If so, the Fortnite classification broke when the game had an upgrade. We have this fixed, but it will need to wait until a new firmware update. For now, could you do this simple workaround:

How to add a PC game not listed on the Geo-Filter

    1. Go to the Device Manager.

    2. Click on your Gaming PC.

    3. In the new panel that opens, change the device type to a PlayStation.

    4. Go to the Geo-Filter.

    5. Delete your PC from the top Geo-Filter panel if you have added it previously.

    6. Now add your PC. It should automatically be added with the 'console' service.

    7. Decide if you want to use Filtering Mode or Spectating Mode (see our Geo-Filter guide if unsure)
