XR500 Geo-Filtering not working for COD

Please post a copy and paste of the modems connection status and event log page.

Just recently I noticed my games have been crazy lagging. I only play COD on my PC. I live about 50 miles (give or take) from the Chicago server. The server is trash so I pick a server in northern Georgia since it has a lower ping. I looked today to see what was going on but when I look at Geo-Filter it isn't connected to any server. I thought maybe it was a glitch on my PC so I looked in the app too and nothing. I'm 99.99% sure I'm connecting to the Chicago server since it is the closest to me.
I read through other posts and it said to quit the game, remove the device, resync cloud, wait 2 minutes then try again. This didn't work. I also tried changing my PC to console, did all the steps again, and the same thing. I tried doing all the steps again and restarting the router after, same thing.
I've tried using QOS with different settings or turning it completely off.
I even connected my PC directly into my CM1200 modem and it got even worse. I was rubberbanding, stuttering, etc so I plugged the PC back into the router.
I've also tried using NordVPN through HybridVPN but it doesn't change anything.
I'm using firmware V2.3.2.134 in case you need to know that.
The game is almost unplayable now because I'm either getting shot by invisible bullets or I'm getting hit marker after hit marker.
Other than factory resetting it (I'm tired of having to factory reset it every time there is an issue), do you have any other suggestions?
Thanks for your assistance.

I was asked for this last time I had an issue. You guys blame it on the internet connection and my ISP says there isn't anything wrong with the line. I always have these critical things on there but they have been out here, replaced the line, and everything is fine. I play games through Bluestacks, and I play one other mobile game (Mech Arena) that has a PC version. I know the filter is on because when I play Mech Arena, I can't play it unless the filter is off.

There is a reason why we ask for bot of these items from the modem. It gives information and status on the modem and signals up to the modem. Weather GOOD or BAD. Reason for pointing to the modem is that you mentioned already that you directly connected to the modem and the problem got worse. Kinda rules out that the router is the problem. If routers can't get good singals from the ISP modem, then what you see is what you get down stream from the from thru any router.
In this case BAD so far. Now can we get the cable connections status page data as well?

I don't have an ISP modem I have a CM1200 modem from Netgear. The Netgear is a little better than the Xfinity modem/router that they provide. Filtering out the Chicago server has worked the best for me as far as lag, etc. If I connect to the server i have a horrible experience no matter what. The reason I went with this set up was to eliminate the issues with connecting to whatever server. It has worked the way it is supposed to for about 4 months (give or take) then I have another issue with something else. Here is the log you requested.

Ok,
Power levels look good.
However there are some Correctables that the modem is having to adjust for which should be mostly zeros. So its having to do some corrections on the signal line. Points to something on the ISP signal line up to the modem..
Any Criticals, Errors or Warnings seen in the event logs needs to be reviewed and resolved by the ISP. Indicates a signal issue on the ISP line up to the modem.
Be sure your using a good quality LAN cable between the modem and router. CAT6 is recommended.
Have the ISP check the signal and line quality UP to the modem. Be sure the ISP provisions the modem correctly.
Be sure there are no coax cable line splitters in the between the modem and ISP service box.
Be sure your using good quality RG6 coax cable up to the modem.
Start with removing any amplifiers, signal attenuators, or splitters from the coax.
From there check the line for kinks, damage, moisture in the line.
Check the connectors for improperly made ends, foil touching the copper coax line, loose connections, bad/old/cheap connectors, or corroded connections. Replace them if you do.
Be sure to power OFF the modem for 1 minute then back ON.

The modem is in my front room about 2ft from the router, the PC is about 4ft from the modem. If you are looking at my set up from left to right it is PC, router, modem.
I do have a splitter on the line so that I can have cable. The coaxial from the wall connects to a splitter then one line goes to the cable box in the front room, one line goes to the modem in the front and then one line goes to the cable box in my bedroom. I have had Xfinity out here countless times. They have replaced the splitter and have replaced the line that goes from the box to my apartment. I know they did it because I was here and watched them replace it lol I have called them multiple times and they have been out here multiple times but they say there are no issues with the line and the signal is good. I called about 4 months ago (Netgear told me the same thing you are telling me) because of the critical errors, etc. They said they didn't know what they meant but when doing a test on the line everything came back excellent or something along those lines.
I bought Cat6 ethernet cables back in December 2021. I had issues back then so I was advised in a forum on here to replace the cables. I copy and pasted the link in the forum and whoever replied from NetGear said they were good, so I bought them.
I only have my PC and Golden Tee machine plugged into the router. The Golden Tee machine is usually powered off so when I'm done playing, I just delete it from Device Manager. When I do use it though, I have never had an issue with staying connected to the internet while I am playing.
I play Mech Arena on my PC and Whiteout Survival through Bluestacks on my PC. I never have connection issues with those either.
My phone and bedroom TV use the 5G Wifi signal and my air purifier uses the 2.4 Wifi signal. No issues with connection on them either.
I also have a tablet that uses the 5G but I only use it a handful of times a year so it is offline in Device Manager most of the time.
