- If you could just join a game as a test then take the screenshot that would indicate what is happening. It's hard to say without seeing exactly what is happening, it could be a server is incorrectly whitelisted for example which we could fix with a cloud update
I've tried that many times. As soon as I only use the geofilter it doesn't work at all. The ping doesn't change there and I find the same lobbies as without the geofilter. Very annoying, unfortunately..
Can you provide a screenshot of the Geo-Filter page when you're getting the same games as usual? What do you mean 3 PlayStation options?
When I start the game, the servers are displayed on the geofilter for a few seconds, but then they disappear again immediately. And I also don't ping any server in this circle (North America) because I have the same ping as when I disabled Geofilter and VPN. Of course, I also activate the filter before the game starts and select the region. I'm doing everything right and I've tried everything. But it doesn't work.
- You need to set Ping Assist to 0 to force servers within a specific radius, you also haven't set your location/radius to cover the US which you will need to do
I'm already aware of that, I just wanted to show that the servers are briefly displayed to me. If I set a radius and set the ping assist to 0, that doesn't change the situation. It still doesn't work.
