XR500 horrible local wifi performance

The server is wired. I can achieve 95MBps on a wired file transfer test. It's running Server 2012.

So I am worse off than when I started. After updating beta firmware and resetting the network, my wifi performance remained the same while my wired performance dropped from 95MBps to 70MBps. I turned QoS features off in case that was throttling it and there was no change.
How long has this bug been known? Is there anything else to try? I'm concerned this will never get fixed. In which case, I need to throw Netgear in the trash and never look back.
Sorry to hear that, I don't see how an upgrade could've caused that but if you continue to have these issues you can always re-install the full release firmware.
This issue hasn't been too common - at least on DumaOS powered routers so I'm not sure exactly how close to a fix Netgear are. You could always open a ticket with them directly at support.netgear.com and report the bug directly to them.
