XR500 Hybrid VPN Setup

Hi, I retrieved the OpenConfig file from my VPN, but when I go to advanced to upload the file, all that is there is a text box. Is there something I'm supposed to type in that box to link to the VP...

      i am having issues setting up my XR500 using the advanced settings also.   the guide that is linked is extremely vague, with a "copy your config file" statement.   what exactly is this field looking for.   can i have a full example of what this may look like as it seems that it is looking for a complete text file.   the config file i was supplied with from my VPN (IPvanish) is a zip file containing the certificate itself in a securtiy certificate file and each servers OVPN file.  what information do i need to input other than my username and password to get this working.   thank you.

        Hi there - it's referring to an openvpn config file. Your VPN provider will be able to assist you with this if you're not sure (it should end .ovpn and you can open it in notepad). Here's an example:
