XR500, I can't get an Mitel IP Phone to work with the Router

What modem/gateway do you have?
that can be key. If its a combo device, it can cause a double nat and the phone might not work with double nats well.

Hi thanks for the reply, the modem is a Spectrum Brand as they are also the ISP and no it's not a combo device.

it sure could be a modem only. tough to tell without a model though.
try this:
- Netduma-FraserDec 09, 2020NetDuma PartnerToggle SIP ALG and IGMP Proxying in WAN Settings, also switch NAT to Open. If that doesn't help disable QoS entirely from the 3 line option menu in Anti-Bufferbloat on the QoS page and see if it works.
