Power OFF the XR router for 15 seconds the back on.
Brand and model# of new ISP modem?
BE sure to use good quality LAN cable. CAT6 is recommended.
- If I'm correct the brand is spectrum and the model number is ET2251.

Does the Internet LED on the XR router AMBER?
Power a power cycle or reboot of the XR router, the internet LED should change from AMBER to WHITE...
- The light is amber I've tried power cycling it a couple times and that didn't work. it would just keep blinking white but it's not doing that anymore.
