xr500 keeps rebooting
I bought this router back in December 2019, now since last week it's been rebooted 3 or 4 times a day which is ridiculous. I paid almost 300 dollars for a device that is acting this way. I updated ...

Do you have the router plugged into a power extender? If so plug it directly into a wall outlet. Does it happen to all devices or just specific devices? When it happens, go to System Information on the interface, does it say it's still connected?

The router was originally plugged in to the surge protecter. I now switched it the power outlet.
What does that have to do with troubleshooting this issue? I know plugging into the surge protector is more safe than plugging in directly to the power outlet to prevent future surges to the router.
When the router reboot itself, it does say it's still connected but the logs disappears so it's hard to provide more information when the router comes back online.
Do you have any more ideas about this?

Was there anything that happened last week on the network or perhaps electrically like an outage that you can think of prior to the issue occurring?

When I switched the AC Adapter to the wall outlet, the router did not reboot for a week. Today, while I was on the phone with the client, the router restarted itself again. This is ridiculous and I can't keep having this happening to me. I even put in the ticket with support and haven't heard back from them either.
The only thing that I think of was a couple weeks ago, there was power surge that happened but luckily the power surge protector helped prevented it from being rebooted.
