Xr500 lag spike

Recently Got router set up, messed around with settings. Now when I played my first online game on the Xbox, it spiked hard once. Then a little later it fully crashed the game an booted me back to Xbox. What should I be looking at to resolve this? My speeds are great an higher on the Xbox than they were due to the QoS. My anti bufferbloat is 75% down an 70% up.
