- May 01, 2022Thank you for the quick replies. I’ve managed to fix it somehow. I’m not overly familiar with the internet connection terms but here’s my understanding of what I’ve done if it helps people in the future;
I don’t have an ISP modem. I have the (NBN -Australian) fibre optic straight to the wall connection and then into the nighthawk router.
I’ve somehow fixed it by getting the ISP to kick the connection to my UNI-D. Once I did that I had connection to my Ethernet ports and all is back to normal.

I recommend reloading v.134 using a wired PC and web brower. After loading, factory reset the router and setup from scratch.
What kind of LAN cables are you using? CAT6 cables are recommended.
What is the Mfr and model# of the Internet Service Providers modem/ONT the NG router is connected too?

CAT6 LAN cables are recommended. CAT5 only supports up to 100Mpbs.
Be sure to save off a back up configuration to file for safe keeping. Saves time if a reset is needed.
