What FW is currently loaded?
What is the Mfr and model# of the ISP modem the NG router is connected too?
Have you tried a manual FW update to v32 or v2.1.0.6 using IE11 or FF to load the FW file, the do a factory reset and setup from scratch afterwards to see if the problem continues?

Your ISP modem is a router as well. What mode is it working in? Router or Bridged?
Couple of options,
1. Configure the modem for transparent bridge mode. Then use the NG router in router mode. You'll need to contact the ISP for help and information in regards to the modem being bridged correctly.
2. If you can't bridge the modem, disable ALL wifi radios on the modem, configure the modems DMZ for the IP address the NG router gets from the modem.

Disable Instant ON if it's enabled on the game console.
Set a IP address reservation for the xbox ON the router.
