XR500 Latency Issues
For the past few months I’m having terrible latency issues with the XR500 - ping is awful. I just picked up a new modem (CM1200) yesterday and when I’m connected to the modem directly in game ping is 35 flat (hard wired computer directly to modem, ping is 12-16). When I use the nighthawk the ping is 40+, 60+ which makes any game unplayable. What do you think is causing this issue?

- What game are you playing? What are your Geo-Filter and QoS settings?
- FIFA. QOS 70 - 70. Geo Filter is set at 500
- Where abouts are you located and where have you put your location on the Geo-Filter? Can you provide a screenshot? Congestion Control on Always or Auto-Enable? Can you attach a completed Benchmark test please?
