Could you double check to see if you connect it via WiFi if you get the same issue or if it works without disconnecting please?

It only disconnects randomly when its wired but I experiance really slow speeds on both wired and wireless.

I did the ip address reservation for the xbox and have not had any dissconects today so I think that problem is resolved thank you. Earlier today I was downloading things and my xbox one x was the only device connected to the router but I would get around a 3 mbps and sometimes low kbps, those speeds were weirdly low since i have a 300 mbps plan from my isp. Thank you again for your help i have been looking for a solution for a long time to get stable speeds.
- Netduma-FraserApr 01, 2020NetDuma PartnerI believe it is due to Sony/MS throttling speeds so that the servers do not get overloaded (what with everyone being at home now). Quick way to tell, set up the WiFi or wired connection again and then do a speed test, then switch to the other connection method. Does it show high speeds initially but then when you actually download a game or update it goes slow? If so then they are throttling the speeds.
