XR500 losing 5gh signal daily
I've been having a LOT of issues with my XR500 lately. Foremost is my 5gh broadcast just disappearing every day. The 2.4gh is still broadcasting and working even when the 5gh is not. I've also had to...

Sorry to hear you're having this issue. I assume you have disabled Smart Connect then? Disable the 5GHz radio in Settings > Advanced > Advanced WiFi, apply, reboot from the interface, wait 2 minutes, then enable, apply, reboot from the interface, wait 2 minutes and see if it is more consistent then.

So a few things happened, I ended up doing another factory reset on the XR500 it helped to stabalize things. I did however need to replace my comcast modem, I have done so and reconnected everything. My connection is a lot better but even 12 hours later I came home from work to find my network needed another reset to reestablish my internet connection so my kids can get to e-learning for the day. I noticed this same string of errors on the XR500 repeating over and over again throughout the night:

Is this related to my issues in any way? I appreciate any guidance you can give.
- Netduma-FraserMar 19, 2021NetDuma PartnerThat's in regards to IPv6 - do you have IPv6 enabled on the XR? If you do then disable that and see if it improves.
- Mrw00zMar 20, 2021TutorIPv6 is currently set to disabled on the router. I'm not sure why this error would be happening then?
- Netduma-FraserMar 20, 2021NetDuma PartnerThanks for the heads up, I'm having the team look into this - If DumaOS thinks IPv6 is enabled when it isn't then it could potentially cause issues.
