Xr500 nighthawk not connecting to ps4
My nighthawk router works on everything including my phone, laptop, even my TV but when I try to get it on my ps4 it always says it can’t connect to the internet.. I tried restarting I tried everythin...
what modem/gateway is it connected to ?
What firmware is on the router?
did you go into the ps4 and forget the network and then retry?
I’m using a spectrum modem and router..
I’m not entirely sure what you mean by gateway I’m not to big on this stuff. I did try disconnecting multiple times and I get the same result. And I have it plugged in via Ethernet cord so I’m just confused and don’t know how to fix it

the spectrum modem/router is the gateway. What model is it?
And not just disconnecting but erasing the settings for the wireless.
- How have you setup the console to use the internet, are you using automatic settings or have you entered anything in manually?
