XR500 not displaying traffic prioritization

Hey there!   I'm running a XR500 and am having trouble getting my ping down/stable while gaming with Sea of Thieves. My friends report pings in the 50-60 range while I consistently am between 90-15...

I'm using Chrome but can try Edge or Firefox. The FW is V2.3.2.134.

Still doesn't work in Edge or Firefox.

    Go to the System Information page and then in the Rapp panel menu ≡ change the retries to 5, reboot from the interface, wait 2 minutes before accessing and see if it works then please.

      Thanks for the response! I tried upping the number of retries to 5 but there is still no change, it's just an endless loading wheel.

        Make sure the web browser isn't forcing you to connect to the interface with HTTPS, force a HTTP connection instead and see if that works please
