What target are you using? Is this when nothing is using the internet or when it is saturated? Are you using QoS?

    I'm checking twitter and google as targets. This is when my desktop is either streaming a video, or gaming. I was using QoS but it just slowed it down even more so I went to all default settings to check. Same issue

      Without anything using the internet do you receive packet loss? If you're using applications/services then you should definitely use QoS. Could you provide a screenshot of your results please?
