XR500 Port Forwarding Issue

What is the model of your Spectrum modem? Is it a pure modem or does it provide you with WiFi as well?
The modem is a Netgear CM1200 and the router is the XR500. The modem is just a straight modem and the router is what provides wifi. The computer that I am trying to port forward is hardwired though and not using wifi.
- Switch the NAT to Open in WAN Settings as well and see if that helps.
