XR500 QOS
Hi all,when clicking on Qos tab i get an pop up message "device not found" and notice that Traffic Prioritization does not load either and cannot and new device just shows loading indication but never loads
Perform a factory reset then set up manually, not from a back up and that should solve the issue.

- Netduma-FraserNetDuma PartnerHi Sonny, a factory reset as above will definitely fix the issue. However, the easiest option would be to add the device back thats been disconnected or rename it back to what it was previously.
yes will do factory reset as nothing is loading for me to add device only geo filter map loads my my radius setting..thanks team
