XR500, ran smooth for months now some devices will not connect to internet
XR500 with V2.3.2.22 firmware. Was working well for 4 months. Now some devices connect but have no internet (google pixel phone, iphones, amazon dot). The devices doing this do it intermittantly. ...

Doesn't work anymore. The firmware update sent does not install on my mac. Is there old firmware that you can revert everyone back to? This worked before and then 1 or 1.5 months ago everthing went haywire. Either it is a firmware issue that you should revert back to or it is hardware issue and I want a refund or new hardware. I'm tired of dealing with your issues
