Xr500 Randomly Shuts off
It's been doing it a lot sometimes randomly and will happen twice no matter if I shut it off or not. It happens also when I start to stream which it will shut off twice.
What do you mean by "shut off"?
Does the XR500 actually lose power or just drop internet?
When internet drops, are wired devices affected as well as wireless?
All lights shut off/ turn orange tried to force it to happen to take a picture but I factory reset it recently and doesn't do it.
- So since the reset the issue hasn't occurred? Let us know if it happens again please. If it does happen again directly connect to your ISP modem/router and see if that has a connection.
- I've factory reset it 3x in about a week or so it will start acting up again. My modem is a cm700 and get 117 down and 15 up. Besides the awful wifi range that's the only problem. I tried to force the problem by streaming to take photos of my router and modem so you can see which slots have orange lights along with my modem. I don't believe it's the modem or the cable. Since with a Netgear ac1900 router it never has a problem.
