XR500 Return Instructions
So since the RX500 model does not handle the basic functions of staying connected, Can I get the instructions to facilitate a return of the product for a full refund? I believe the instructions were...
I would accept a working router as well, if you have one of those.

Do you think I can get a working one or is the problem with the software on the units them selves?
- It's very hard to say, not everyone experiences it but I believe it is a software issue so you may not experience it on the new one but possible you would.
