I am thankful for your help and answering my questions in really short time.
but, what about live chat support from Netgear it self and how they handle customers issues?
also, does this router has adabtive QOS that manages gaming traffic automatically and adapt it self to the network as I close game open another change my subscription speed from my ISP.
I like set and forget not to log in to the router so much I like it to do it's thing even update it's firmware automatically. does this one offer such things?
will XR500 get WPA3 support too?
also, does it has firmware recovery feature it is similar to flashback in motherboards to help fix firmware corruption and other issues that might happen.
Thank you.

I'm not sure about what Netgear support covers and doesn't cover to be completely honest, I work for Netduma so I can help with anything related to DumaOS, but not always everything related to Netgear.
QoS can be put into an Auto-enable mode so it only kicks in when it detect high priority traffic. You can either tell it what to consider high priority, or you can use the default rule which classifies a wide range of games! This means when you're not gaming, your network speeds will be as normal.
I'm not sure as to whether it will support WPA3 in future, the network settings of the Nighthawk Pro Gaming range are from Netgear so it would be a question for them.
Let me know if you have any other questions.

Thank you so much if this not much but, does duma OS connect to kind of cloud to get latest update about new games to detect newer games or it uses machine learning and AI?
so, QOS is similar to Asus Adaptive QOS that determine network speed and prioritze games automatically?
I really don't know if you know about firmware restore feature but, do you have any info about it does it available in XR 500? in case of firmware problems or corruption.
Thank you.

We have a cloud system we regularly update with new games and their server information, it's also used for some other smaller things around the OS.
I haven't personally tried the Asus QOS but ours it's a proprietary algorithm, there's nothing else quite like it.
Yes, you can factory reset through the GUI or with a physical button in case you don't have access to the interface.

but, it prioritize the traffic automatically without configurations just enable and forget is that right? no need to select the device or game server the router do everything by it's own I am correct?

I see, but the feature that I am talking about is in case if the firmware corrupted and the router bricked because of firmware issues like the power off while updating firmware it is recovery feature to restore firmware.
you can see what I mean by see the article in this link: https://www.asus.com/support/FAQ/1000814/
does the router use some kind of advanced features like AI and machine learning algorithims to improve QOS and other networking activities?
Thank you.
