XR500 Slow ethernet fast wifi

Everything looks OK there, could you confirm if all devices are having this problem or is it just your PC?
How did you disable QoS? I'd suggest doing so by clicking the three-line menu in Congestion Control and tick the box 'Disable QoS'.
Another thing to check, if you go to the three-line menu in Bandwidth Allocation, is Share Excess ticked?
- When I get home I'll hook my Xbox one up to it and see if it's affected the same way but my pc is the only thing I use Ethernet for.
Also, I turned QoS off on the qos page. In the section above listed something like Anti-Bufferfloat.
