XR500 slow speeds

I had my xr500 for over 1 year now and i recently upgraded to verizon gigabit and would get speeds 1000+ down and up. I had a verizon router connected to the modem and my  xr500 downstairs connected ...

    Go to the Device Manager on the XR, click the 3 line icon on the top left of the panel and click the table view, then provide a screenshot of what you see please
