What Firmware is currently loaded?
What is the Mfr and model# of the ISP modem the NG router is connected too?
What channels are you using? Auto? Try setting manual channel 1, 6 or 11 on 2.4Ghz and any unused channel on 5Ghz.
Any Wifi Neighbors near by? If so, how many?
Is Smart Connect and Beamforming enabled?

The speeds I should be getting from my ISP is up to 1000mbps down and 35mbps up. When I run speed test I average 500mbps down and again all over the place for up from 5 to 30 to 20 to 7 to 12 etc. When checking fast.com I average 34mbps up.
When i check speedtest on my phone app i average 34mbps, I am not sure why speedtest would change so much and be slower on a wired connection instead of wireless, my pc is wired only.
I just had my ISP out today and according to them and their meter everything is fine and it might be the router.
Any help is greatly appreciated.
