XR500 Speed test

my speed is only reading 94/94 but i am paying for 250/250. my ISP says on their end i am getting what i should be, but quote "Our technicians have cheacked into your issue and have found that the LAN1 on ONT only linked up at 100 Mbps". i was getting around 250/250 a week ago and have not changed anything on my end.

    have you tried changing your ethernet cable? 

    Or directly wiring into the ont to ensure its putting out the full speed to a device?
