XR500 Time Zone setting -has it moved?

I just got my router this weekend and I am a newbie at getting into the routing and using it's features. 

I have searched the precious post and everything around this topic is 2 years old.  they all point to settings>content filtering>schedule.  but when I go there I do not see any way to set my time zone.  has it been updated and has it been moved?  

I had wifi schedule on and even though I scheduled it to be available starting at 5 AM I wasn't able to get on until 9 AM this morning.  Any help is appreciated.
