Hi guys, looking to replace my sky Q router with the XR500. Has anyone done it? I have tried and it asks for generic logins from ISP which I found online but still cannot get it to work. Anyone manage...
- Nov 09, 2022Go to the Settings page and the first page it gives you, Internet Setup, scroll all the way to the bottom and it should be there

Yes it did! Basically had to bypass the initial set up to get to that part. But all good!

Be sure to save off a back up configuration to file for safe keeping. Saves time if a reset is needed.

- GidgriffDec 02, 2022GuideHi all, all was going ok until today. Something has happened, router lost connection this morning so I rebooted the router and since I’ve had awful latency issues. Went to game earlier and my in game latency was shooting up from 30 to 200-300 and then even up to 999!
Any suggestions or known fixes? - Netduma-FraserDec 02, 2022NetDuma PartnerWhat are your QoS Settings? Could you provide a screenshot of the page?

1000mbs - down
1000mbs - up
Both set to 95%

- Netduma-FraserDec 03, 2022NetDuma PartnerThat's quite a high percentage, we usually recommend starting off at 70%, see if that improves it.
- GidgriffDec 03, 2022GuideI’ll try 70%, but I wasn’t having any issues until yesterday and it was on 100% until then and nothing has changed my end.
- GidgriffDec 03, 2022GuideI’ve plugged back in my Sky router, same issue there so must be ISP issue I’d assume?
- Netduma-FraserDec 03, 2022NetDuma PartnerYes that would indicate an issue on the ISP side, perhaps congestion in your local area
