XR500 unable to securely connect
I’m having issues connecting from my current providers router via RJ45 into the XR500 the internet maintains and continues red.
Sounds like PPPoE is required, go to Internet setup and configure it manually
Thank you. This has now resolved the internet issue but when I am gaming on my Xbox Console I now have double Nat issues and cannot get any party chat.

It’s a good idea to put your ISP’s modem/router into ‘bridge mode’ or ‘modem mode’ if you can.
