XR500 Upload speed low

Hi I am getting upload speeds of around 25 to 30 when I test though my pc (Ethernet connection) however when I test the speed through the netgear app I am getting my ISP promised speed of 45 to 50. I ...

    Hi I'm not entirely sure, I'm on NBN in Australia and have FTTP

      Does the modem/router have WiFi? Are ALL devices connected to the XR?
