Try downgrading to v32, factory reset and setup from scratch to see if problem still happens?

OK,But my R8000 has never had these two problems.

But R8000 is not optimized for games.

Have you tried this hotfix firmware? https://forum.netduma.com/topic/28523-new-xr500-hotfix-firmware-for-drop-outs/

It's specifically for dropouts so it might fix your problem.
