XR500 V2.3.2.56

Hi running latest firmware my speed is lower through the router than the modem I have had an engineer out who has tested my line which seems to be fine.

 

I have had the odd ping spike and no internet available I have an R6400 as well as the XR500 but the R6400 produces faster speed than the XR500 I have disabled QOS and VPN but it still does the same.

    First thing you should do is to unplug your modem and XR500, then plug the modem back in, and after a minute or so plug the XR500 back in.
