Go to the System Information page and find the panel titled Installed Rapps (it's on the middle row on the right hand side). Click the 3 line icon, looks like a burger and then you'll see the option there.

I have an XR450 (no option to selelct this one in the model portion). I was also getting the Rapp not loading. I've decided to reboot the router. However, it's no not coming back up. I'm just getting a blinking white power led if i have anything plugged into it. If I just have it plugge into power, it's a solid amber led. I have nothing coming from the router. Also, I cannot get into the web interface either. I've rebooted multiple times, rebooted the ONT(Verizion Fios) a few times too. I'm getting internet from the ONT, verified by plugging the laptop directly into it. Also, I did try the pin hole reset button a few times too. Nothing is working. Anyone have a suggestion?
- If you connect to it directly using an ethernet cable do you get internet at all? Open command prompt on your PC and type and enter ipconfig what results do you get back?
