XR500 vs R7000

I currently own the R7000, been having issues lately with it disconnecting my internet and I have to restart it. Its about 3years old. So leaning towards buying XR500. Just trying to figure out i...

The XR450 is an option as well if you can't quite afford the XR500. The 450 is the same HW accept for the 2.4Ghz radio connection rate is a bit less than the 500's.

Just trying to figure out if it worth the extra money, compared to the R7000.

I have connected wirelessly 2 xboxone's, 2 laptops, 4 cell phones, 2-3 firesticks(IPTV), I do bittorrents also, then misc items like thermostat, garage door.
