XR500 Wifi connecting and disconnecting constantly

So recently since like yesterday I have been experiencing some WiFi issues through out different devices connected in my house, I can't connect to wifi properly, ever time I connect to wifi it stays connected it for few seconds and then disconnects it self constantly when I'm using 5ghz but when I switch to 2ghz it seems to work fine but it also gets disconnected 2-3 times a hour. I have no idea what could be causing this problem cause 3 days ago it was working fine, I did everything from checking firmware to factory resetting the router but I'm still facing the same problem. Please if you have any clue, feel free to comment. I'd be more then happy to see your replies.
