I would disable QoS as 1Gb services don't need QoS and can induce bad behavior.
I would not set any ping limits and widen the area of game play allowed with others.
Be sure your game console is wired with the router, not wireless connected.
I would suggest you play around with the Geo-Filter by moving your home location and radius to force some other servers even if they're slightly further away and see if they play any better.
