1000ms is quite fast, if you did that in Ping Plotter for example it can show false packet loss. Try with 2500ms. You're pinging the router so that will be down to the connection method you've chosen. Try a new ethernet cable and see if you get better results.

ICMP is different to the ping/connection type used when gaming. You've done this test but have you actually experienced any packet loss when gaming etc? What is the average ping as shown by the Geo-Filter?
