XR500 With Sky Fiber
Hello Recently purchased an XR500 and trying to set it up with my sky fiber (sky q router) I have been able to set it up and get it working but it drops out loads and it isn't reliable at all ...
So basically reset it all last night and started reconnecting devices via "wifi" and they wasn't showing on the device manager then it just drops out when ever i try to do stuff e.g speed test , QoS etc
Ive seen previously people have had to change certain settings to get it running with sky
I have set the router name to be the same as my sky router as it advised me that it would allow my devices to connect automatically if i done this

Ahh that is probably why, they're probably connecting to the existing Sky WiFi. It would be best to disable the Sky WiFi if you want to keep the same name/details though you may need to set different details and then connect them manually.
