XR500 With Vodafone Fibre NZ

Hi All,

Please take a look at the attached PDF document I have marked up.

 

Im from New Zealand and would love to know how to use my XR500 router with vodafone fibre.

 

When I connect an ethernet cable from the incoming fibre box into the XR500, it doesnt not detect an internet connection.

 

All the videos i have watched show the XR500 automatically detecting an internet connection and then people are able to setup from there. I have not even been able to acces the config page of the XR500.

 

Any help on this is appreciated

    Connect the ethernet cable from the modem to the WAN port on the back of the XR500. Connect a computer via ethernet from one of the LAN ports on the back of the XR500... OR connect to the wifi. Details will be on a sticker on the unit.

     

    Now go to routerlogin.net in a browser. If it's new, you'll go through a setup process. When asked if your connection requires a login, say yes. Enter your username and password there.
