Thank you for the reply. I made all 3 changes, APPLY, and still no luck.
Just for a test put the device in the DMZ and see if it works, either way then remove it as it is a security risk.
I didn't see a zhone modem/gateway with that model. But most of the models I seen from Zhone were gateways with integrated routers.
Is the zhone in passthrough/modem only mode? Or do you have the xr500's IP address in the zhones DMZ?
