Is this the ping in the network settings? If so I wouldn't worry about it, it's just the ping to the authentication server to say you're connected to XBL essentially, it won't affect your game ping at all as they use different servers.
- Yes. But the ping from Xbox is the same ping I get when I play Pubg. Much higher on series x compared to series s. I can tell the difference when I play too
- Are you using the Geo-Filter at all to force the servers you want? In WAN Settings set NAT to Open, that may help
- No geo-filter. Turned nat- open. No difference
