Make a manual rule on Traffic Prioritization, source 1-65535, destination 1-65535 TCP/UDP normal, apply to wan, then check the ping please
38-36 ping after changes. Jumps to 45ish when plane flys overhead or a fun fight.
- Okay so doesn't really appear to be a router issue as that rule prioritizes the entire console above every single device on your network, you could try putting the Xbox in the DMZ as well and see what it is then but if it's no different then it's definitely not on the router side
