Xr500 xbox showing offline on dumaOS

I have verizon fios for internet and the nighthawk gaming router is connected to that. when i log in to the dumaOS and set everything up my xbox shows offline in the...
If you reboot the router does it show as online then? Make sure the console is connected via automatic network settings.
ive tried rebooting it and the xbox. when i go to the device manager and click on the xbox it has a mac address but no ip address.

how do you down grade im on the latest. i couldnt find the down grade option
