Hi people
I recently purchased the nighthawk XR500, its great and all but since ive got it ive had problems wireless mouse and keyborad were lags or just dosent respond and also my ps4 wireless headset cuts in and out, i need help to fix or find the problem im hoping someone can help

Wireless devices such as those you mentioned operate on 2.4Ghz and so the router may interfere with it as it's 2.4Ghz is much stronger. Would suggest moving the router further away if possible and/or changing the 2.4Ghz channel on the router to the least congested.

So do you mean by changig the channel by going into the router settings and putting it on like channel one since its on auto ?
- Netduma-FraserNetDuma PartnerYes exactly. I'd use a WiFi analyser (can find free ones online), to do a scan and find the optimum channel to use for your area.
