Hi , just purchased one of these routers , and having loads of problems , nothing is working , it says I have internet WiFi , but it’s not working internet light is flashing white and the 5ghz is Also...

Internet LED
Solid white. The Internet connection is ready.
Flashing does indicate activity/traffic.

WiFi Solid white. The 5 GHz WiFi radio is operating.
Blinking white. The router is sending or receiving WiFi traffic

Solid amber. The router detected a 100 Mbps or 10 Mbps link with a powered-on
device.
Blinking amber. The port is sending or receiving traffic at 100 Mbps or 10 Mbps.

Nothing of all that does indicate a problem.
