DNS CHANGE HELP:
I want to try different dns for my online PS4 gaming (8.8.8.8/8.8.4.4) or (1.1.1.1/1.0.0.1), I want to know if I should change them in the xr500 or just in my PS4, both or in the modem too?, right now I have my ISP dns on the xr500 (dns auto from isp option) and the google dns on my PS4, I have the xr500 as a router and my isp router in bridge mode as a modem, with the easy internet auto configuration on the PS4 the primary dns says 192.168.1.1, and the secondary is empty, so how is the right form of change the DNS, in the modem, in the router, in the PS4, all of them?

If you change the DNS higher up the chain, it will be reflected in all of the lower devices. For example, changing it on the modem will change it on the router and connected devices, changing it on the router will only change it on connected devices.
Might as well change it as high up as possible!
