Xr500

Hiya all have anyone on here set up the above to the bt smart hub 2 as I can get all internet set up but having problems with double nat and ps4 chat party’s and nobody can ear me or I can’t ear them any help would be appreciated cheers

    The solution to the Double NAT problem is to put the XR500 into the DMZ of the smart hub.

     

    To do this, go to System Information in DumaOS and write down your WAN IP.

     

    Now open the Smart Hub advanced settings, you should see a list of all devices connected to your hub. Choose your XR500 from this list. With any luck it will be called XR500 or DUMAOS, but if it's not, you'll have to use CTRL-F and find the IP address you wrote down before.

     

    Once you've clicked the XR500, choose to reserve it's current IP address, give it a unique name and press Apply.

     

    Now go to the Firewall > DMZ settings on the hub and choose the name you just gave your XR500 from the list, press apply.
