If it's the issue I am thinking of then it requires a firmware fix which should be present in this version: https://community.netgear.com/t5/Nighthawk-Pro-Gaming-DumaOS-3-0/New-firmware-XR500-V2-3-2-104-DumaOS3-0-Beta/td-p/1973365/jump-to/first-unread-message beware though it is beta software so there may be other issues.
